O,O′-Diethyl {(Z)-[(2-chloro­phen­yl)(cyano)methyl­ene]amino­oxy}thio­phospho­nate

The title mol-ecule, C(12)H(14)ClN(2)O(3)PS, has a cis configuration with respect to the C=N bond. Inter-molecular C-H⋯O inter-actions inter-connect the mol-ecules into chains along the c axis. The chains are further connected into a two-dimensional network parallel to the bc plane by weak π-π inter-actions between adjacent aromatic rings (centroid-centroid distance = 3.772Å).

O to Z flaps in facial reconstructions*

Local flaps are the standard procedure to reconstruct facial defects. As it occurs in any surgical procedure, the incision should be planned so that scars are located in the minimum skin tension lines. We report two cases of O to Z flaps in the supra and infraciliary regions. One of them is a hatchet flap.
